We invite you (next July 30) for a conversation between Antonio Bascuñán (BACS Abogados, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad de Chile) and Jesús-María Silva Sánchez (Universidad Pompeu Fabra) about the problems addressed in his book entitled “The expansion of law penal ”(Civitas: 1999, 2nd ed. revised and expanded: 2001; publication in German in Klosterman: 2003), in light of the evolution of legislation and comparative doctrine, including a consideration of the Chilean bill on economic crimes currently being processed in the Chamber of Deputies.
