He concentrates his practice on the resolution of civil, commercial and criminal disputes, with special emphasis on litigation and arbitration, including litigation in construction. He is also a specialist in matters related to the right to health. He leads the civil litigation and arbitration team, and the specialized team in health law in our office.
Her experience has been recognized by the international journals Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Leaders League, in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and litigation in construction.
He previously served in Bofill Mir Álvarez Jana (2010-2011) and in Bofill Mir (2007-2009).
