Internal investigations

We preemptively assess the risks associated with a certain business practice or, after the detection of an improper act, we determine the scope of the associated legal risks, proposing the most effective courses of action to deal with them. We offer to plan, structure and execute internal investigations, obtain evidence that can be used in any procedure, and cooperation oriented to the assist the supervisory or investigative authorities. Our experience allows us to implement within the company the criteria used by the operators of the criminal system, in order to anticipate the handling of complex cases, minimizing their adverse effects. Given this experience, we have been hired as external investigators by Compliance Divisions, to develop these investigations in complex or especially sensitive cases for our clients.
